  • Rick Hinton

    CEO

    Rick is the CEO of New Health Analytics. He has over 20 years of experience helping enterprise software and professional services organizations achieve above-average growth. Serving in marketing, business development and product management roles, Rick has worked in the consulting and technology industries including the tax consulting practice for a Big Four firm, a venture-backed startup focused on online investment and financial planning, an internet company delivering political prediction markets, and a leading Microsoft partner focused on cloud-based productivity solutions. Previously, Rick founded Red Hill Group, LLC to develop new ways to apply the power of markets and technology to creatively solve old problems involving economic, political and financial decision-making. The company launched a political prediction market that achieved national attention during the 2006 U.S. midterm elections.

  • Larry Hoffheimer

    Chief Operating Officer

    Larry is Chief Operating Officer at New Health Analytics, responsible for all operational aspects of the business including product implementation, customer support, account management and finance.  Larry began working in technology consulting 20 years ago and has been involved with multiple startups, mergers and acquisitions playing key roles in operational and financial due diligence.  Prior to New Health Analytics, Larry served as Director of Account and Project Management at EnterBridge Technologies.  Before joining EnterBridge, Larry spent 14 years at Ironworks Consulting (now Olsen Digital) leading digital transformation engagements for brands such as the American Cancer Society, Chick-fil-A, Nike, UPS, and the Virginia Tourism Corporation.  In his free time, you will find Larry logging pre-dawn miles on the roads of Richmond.  Larry has completed 9 marathons, a 200-mile relay, multiple half marathons and a triathlon – so far.

  • James Dameron

    Chief Technology Officer

    James has almost thirty years of experience as a technology professional. Most recently, James has served as the Vice President of Engineering for EnterBridge Technologies. In that role, James is responsible for all aspects of the company’s engineering product development activities and serves as a key member of the management team that sets the company’s strategic direction. James’ background includes account management, project planning, software architecture and development, spanning a variety of application needs including health-care, retail point-of-sale, inventory, banking and supply chain management. James graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Information Systems and a minor in Psychology.

  • Todd Nuckols

    EVP, Corporate Development

    Todd heads corporate development for New Health Analytics and is Chief Evangelist for EnterBridge Technologies. He began his career in technology with Circuit City Stores and CarMax, transitioning to the startup world in 1998. Over the last twenty years, Todd has developed successful companies in mobile, analytic and business intelligence sectors. He was Vice President of Product Development for LocusOne Communications when the company sold for $40 million to Aether Systems in 1999. He went on co-found EnterBridge and its division, Advanous—a leader in SaaS pricing and margin management analytics—serving initially as Chief Technology Officer. In addition to his work in the technology sector, Todd has founded and led Lighthouse Labs (Lighthouselabsrva.com), a nationally recognized seed stage accelerator known for developing innovative companies. Todd Nuckols resides in his hometown of Richmond, VA. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University.

  • Louis F. Rossiter, PhD

    Chief of Scientific Methods

    Lou oversees all data integrity, HIPAA and research initiatives for new analytics. Lou is the former owner of Chironet (Surgical Outcomes Information Exchange SOIX). He is the author of 14 edited books, 1 sole author book, and over 50 journal publications on health economics and policy. Lou was previously the Secretary of Health and Human Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia and served as Deputy for Policy to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). He has served on the Board of Regents of the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, the National Advisory Council of the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and Academy Health. Lou received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University.

  • Eric Silfen, MD

    Senior Advisor

    Eric is a founding member of New Health Analytics. As a physician executive, he most recently was the architect and manager of Medical Affairs in a multinational, Fortune 100 company. During his career Eric practiced emergency medicine for over twenty years, served in hospital administration, taught biomedical informatics and led a healthcare clinical research organization. Currently, Eric is a principal in Medtech Analytics, LLC, a privately held firm that empowers medtech, biotech and pharma firms to accelerate market adoption of their company’s products. Eric received his BA from Lehigh University, MD from Georgetown University, MSHA from Virginia Commonwealth University and MA from Columbia University.

  • Tracey Tylicki

    VP Network Development

    Tracey Tylicki, BSN, RN, CASC is responsible for network and customer development of our ambulatory surgery benchmarking program, Surgical Outcomes Information Exchange (SOIX), under New Health Analytics. Tracey has over twenty-five years of healthcare experience with the most current 15 years focused primarily on outpatient surgical administration. Her experience includes ASC operations, finance, marketing, business development, equipment and medical supply management, human resource management, regulatory compliance, healthcare quality improvement strategies, and leadership. Prior to joining SOIX in 2017, she was the administrator for 10 years at an eight OR, multi-specialty center in Maryland where over 8000 surgical cases were performed annually. Tracey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio and earned her CASC (Certified Administrator Surgery Center) credentials in 2015.

  • Frank Pipesh

    Lead Software Engineer

    Frank Pipesh is a software engineer and data center manager at NHA. He has expertise in hospital claims and patient- level databases, performance measurement, and systems development. At the Maryland Hospital Association, Frank lead technical teams developing Quality Indicator Projects. He was the lead developer on the Maryland Patient Safety Center, a project that was awarded the 2005 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award for innovation in patient safety. In addition, Frank worked with the state regulatory agency on the design and implementation of Maryland’s Pay for Performance program.

  • Nolyn Whitaker, CHDA, MBA

    Data Analyst

    Nolyn Whitaker is a health data analyst for NHA. She is trained to use software applications to compile and analyze medical data. She has health industry experience in analyzing and visualizing data for business development decision support in the acute care environment and population health analytics in the ambulatory care environment. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
